Payment :
We only accept Paypal for payment method. Payment should be made within 3 days of the purchase. Please let us know if you need more than 3 days to pay. We are not responsible for any customs duty or import tax.
Shipping and handling:
1. According to buyer’s address in Paypal, item will be sent out :
a. Final purchase value is over USD15.- by Registered airmail.
b. Final purchase value is under USD14.99 by airmail only.
via Hong Kong Post within 3 business days after full payment has cleared.
2. Approximately delivery time for :
a) United states, Australia : 7-21 working days
b) United Kingdom : 15 - 25 working days
c) Spain, France, Germany : 10-28 working days
d) Other countries : Not more than 30 working days
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors which are beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. If we have not received any response from buyers within above delivery time, we suppose that buyers have received the item without question. All packages will be sent by registered airmail (with tracking number). All buyers should take the risk of postal loss and any damage.
Refund and return policy :
If you are not satisfied with the item received, please let us know and return the item to us. We are happy to refund your purchase price minus air charges. Please return the item with the original packaging materials to the sender’s address which is shown on the package within 7 days after buyer contacts us to return the item. Buyer is responsible for all returned shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will proceed the refund via Paypal immediately.
